Who we are: RE-AXION Media Group, LLC d/b/a “RAVE Music Festival” (“RAVE Music Festival,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit ravemusicfestival.com, buy tickets or merch, or interact with us online (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
1) What we collect
We collect information you provide, automatically (via basic site logs/essential cookies), and from service providers we use to run the site. The examples below are illustrative - not every category applies to every user.

7) Notice at collection (California)
We collect the categories described in Section 1 for the purposes in Section 3 and retain them as in Section 9. We may disclose them to the recipients in Section 4. We may “share” identifiers, internet/activity data, and inferences with advertising/analytics partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out via Your Privacy Choices above. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of minors.
8) Children’s data
The Event is 21+ and the Services are not directed to children under 13. If you believe we collected information from a child under 13, contact us and we’ll delete it.
9) Retention
We retain information for as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy, including:

Orders/ticketing & tax records: 7 years (accounting/legal).

Support/communications & operational logs: 2 years.

Marketing lists: until you unsubscribe or 2 years of inactivity.

Access accommodation requests/ADA communications: 1 year after the Event.
We may keep data longer if required by law or to resolve disputes.
10) Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to our size and Services (e.g., HTTPS, access controls, provider due-diligence). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11) International users
We are U.S.-based and primarily serve U.S. residents. By using the Services, you understand your data may be processed in the United States.
12) Third-party links and services
Third-party sites, plug-ins, and services have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
13) Changes to this Policy
We’ll post updates here with a new Effective Date. Material changes will be highlighted on-site.
