Legal Entity: RE-AXION Media Group, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, doing business as “RAVE Music Festival” (“RAVE Music Festival,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing ravemusicfestival.com (the “Site”) or purchasing/attending RAVE Music Festival 2026 (the “Event”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Site and do not purchase or attend.

A) WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

​

1) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 to use the Site and at least 18 to create an account or purchase. You’re responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.

​

2) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, logos, graphics, text, video, audio, stage designs, and code, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by U.S. and international laws. You may not copy, modify, sell, or publicly display our content without prior written permission. “RAVE Music Festival” and related marks are our trademarks.

3) User Content; DMCA

If you submit content (comments, uploads, forms), you grant RAVE Music Festival a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute it for Site operations, marketing, and Event purposes.

DMCA Notice, Designated Agent & Repeat-Infringer Policy
We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. §512). If you believe material on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice containing the elements of §512(c)(3) to our agent:

How to Send a Valid DMCA Notice (Summary) Include: (1) your physical/electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work (or a representative list); (3) identification of the material claimed to be infringing with a specific URL; (4) your name, address, phone, and (if available) email; (5) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; and (6) a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you’re authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-Notice (Summary of §512(g)(3)) If your content was removed/disabled and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, send: (1) your signature; (2) identification of the removed/disabled material and its prior location (exact URL); (3) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that it was removed/disabled due to mistake or misidentification; (4) your name, address, phone, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal District Court for your address (or Fulton County, Georgia if outside the U.S.) and accepting service of process from the original claimant or that person’s agent.

Repeat-Infringer Policy We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers. A “repeat infringer” is any user who receives two or more valid DMCA notices within 12 months. We may also remove content and/or suspend accounts for a single egregious violation at our discretion. We accommodate standard technical measures used to identify or protect copyrighted works.

 

4) Acceptable Use

Don’t: (i) break laws; (ii) harass others; (iii) scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer the Site; (iv) upload malware; (v) bypass access controls; or (vi) use the Site to advertise competitive events without consent.

 

5) Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, ticketing platforms, tax calculation, email providers, analytics). Their terms and privacy policies govern their services. We aren’t responsible for third-party acts or omissions.

 

6) Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ONLINE INFORMATION MAY CHANGE AND MAY CONTAIN ERRORS.

 

7) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAVE MUSIC FESTIVAL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OR FOR LOST PROFITS/REVENUE/GOODWILL/DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SITE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

 

8) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold RAVE Music Festival harmless from claims arising out of your Site use, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

 

9) Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described there.

 

10) Changes

We may update these Terms. We’ll post the revised version with a new Effective Date. Continued use after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance.

B) TICKETING & ATTENDANCE TERMS (EVENT TERMS)

 

These Event Terms apply to any ticket, credential, wristband, or entry to the Event and form a binding contract between you and RAVE Music Festival.

 

B.1 Ticket Rules; Fraud; Resale/Transfer

  • Tickets are revocable licenses, not property interests.

  • We may set ID checks, name-on-ticket, purchase limits, anti-scalping rules, and wristband activation procedures.

  • Lost/stolen/damaged tickets or wristbands may not be replaced. Purchase only from ravemusicfestival.com (or our listed ticketing partner). We are not responsible for invalid or counterfeit tickets.

  • Resale/transfer may be limited or prohibited except through our official transfer tools; tickets obtained in violation may be void without refund.

 

B.2 Payment, Fees

You agree to pay all ticket prices, service fees, taxes, and shipping (if any). If a payment plan is offered and selected, you authorize scheduled charges until paid in full; missed payments may cancel your ticket without refund.

 

B.3 Entry Conditions; Prohibited Items

All persons and belongings are subject to security screening at any time. We may deny or revoke entry for safety, intoxication, disorderly conduct, or policy violations, without refund.
Prohibited: weapons (including firearms and knives), explosives, fireworks, illegal drugs, outside alcohol, drones, laser pointers, professional audio/video gear (unless authorized), glass, and items reasonably deemed dangerous or disruptive.
Venue/Local Law Note: On private property, we prohibit weapons, subject to any non-waivable legal rights. If any jurisdictional rule applies, we will follow applicable law and official orders.

 

B.4 Health & Safety; Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, property loss, and hazards inherent in outdoor/large-scale events (including weather, loud sound, strobe/laser effects, uneven terrain, crowds, and acts of third parties). Follow posted and verbal instructions from staff and emergency personnel. If you feel unwell or unsafe, seek assistance immediately.

 

B.5 Accessibility (ADA)

We’re committed to accessibility. Reasonable accommodations are available. For advance requests, contact reaxionmediallc@gmail.com by March 7th, 2026. Onsite ADA support locations will be marked on the festival map.

 

B.6 Recording & Likeness Release

By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and you grant RAVE Music Festival and its designees the right to use your image, voice, and likeness, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any media, for editorial, commercial, and promotional purposes, without further notice or compensation.

 

B.7 Artist & Schedule Changes

Lineups, set times, attractions, and site maps are subject to change without notice. Changes do not entitle refunds or exchanges.

 

B.8 Weather, Delay, Reschedule, Cancellation; Force Majeure

The Event is rain or shine, subject to safety. We may delay, suspend, modify, relocate, curtail, or cancel due to weather, public safety, or causes beyond our reasonable control (including acts of God, government action, public health orders, labor disputes, utility failures, or supplier issues).

  • If canceled in full without a rescheduled date: we will provide full refund as posted on the official ticket page at the time of purchase.

  • If rescheduled: tickets remain valid for the new date; refund/credit options (if any) will be announced with reschedule details.

  • Partial closures or reduced programming do not require refunds unless required by law.

 

B.9 Alcohol & Substances

You must be 21+ with valid ID to purchase or consume alcohol. Illegal drugs are prohibited. We may remove anyone who appears impaired, endangers others, or violates law or policy.

 

B.10 Minors

This is a 21+ Event.

 

B.11 Conduct; Ejection

No harassment, hate speech, violence, theft, vandalism, or unsafe behavior. Respect staff instructions, signage, and other attendees. We may remove violators without refund.

 

B.12 No Commercial Activity

No vending, flyering, filming for commercial purposes, or brand activations without prior written approval.

 

B.13 Refunds & Chargebacks

Except as expressly stated in B.8, all sales are final and non-refundable. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in account bans, collection activities, and transfer of associated costs/fees to you.

C) ECOMMERCE (MERCH) TERMS

 

C.1 Orders, Pricing, Taxes

Orders are offers to buy products. We may accept or reject at our discretion. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. You are responsible for any import duties or local taxes.

 

C.2 Shipping & Risk of Loss

Estimated delivery windows are not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass upon carrier acceptance. We are not liable for delays outside our control.

 

C.3 Returns & Exchanges

Returns accepted within 30 days for unworn items in original packaging; customer pays return shipping; final sale for limited drops.

 

C.4 Product Imagery & Specs

Colors and details may vary due to display settings or supplier changes. Minor variations are not defects.

D) GENERAL LEGAL TERMS

 

D.1 Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Fulton County, Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction, except as provided in D.2.

 

D.2 Dispute Resolution; Arbitration

Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver. Except for the small-claims option below, any dispute or claim arising from or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Event will be resolved by final, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator. No class or representative actions - claims are heard individually only. Jury trial is waived.
Fees & Location. Filing and arbitrator fees will be allocated per the AAA Consumer Rules; where required, we will pay the business share of fees. Unless the parties agree otherwise, hearings (if any) will occur in Fulton County, Georgia, or by video at the arbitrator’s discretion.
Small-Claims Carve-Out. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court with jurisdiction.
Opt-Out. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing reaxionmediallc@gmail.com with your name, the email used for purchase, and a clear statement that you opt out of arbitration.
Governing Law & Severability. Georgia law governs (without regard to conflicts rules). If the class waiver is found unenforceable, this arbitration section is unenforceable as to that claim.

 

D.3 Severability; No Waiver

If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any term is not a waiver.

 

D.4 Assignment

We may assign these Terms. You may not assign without our consent.

 

D.5 Entire Agreement

These Terms (plus incorporated policies) are the entire agreement regarding the Site, Event, tickets, and ecommerce, superseding prior understandings.
